贵州山区的旱耕地以旱坡地为主

全省有旱耕地3 487 000 hm2

占全省土地总面积的19.80%.其中≤2°的旱坡耕地仅占旱耕地的3.94%

2°～6°占旱耕地的8.12%

6°～15°占旱耕地的28.04%

15°～25°占旱耕地的35.11%

>25°的陡坡地占旱耕地的24.79%

>35°的极陡坡耕地占旱耕地的7.29%.全省的旱坡地多集中在西部地区.研究表明贵州山区的土地旱化率

不仅反映该地区的垦殖状况

还可以作为该地区生态环境、水土流失状况评价的重要指标.
