Preliminary Study on Soil Microbial Ecological Effect in Karst Areas of Southwest China--A case of the Yaji karst experimental site
Distribution of soil microbial physiological community and intensity of soil biological activity among different karst landscape in the Guilin Yaji Karst Experimental Site were studied. The results showed that variation of the intensity of soil biological activity was almost in accordance with changes in soil microbial number. The relationship between soil microbial number and organic matter
total N
available N
and available P of soil samples
and the ecological effect of soil microbial physiological community participating nitrogen cycle in this area were also discussed.
