摘要

山镇柞区域属陕西省主要生态旅游区，属典型的生态脆弱区。分析了生态旅游与水土保持的关系，提出将生态旅游发展与水土保持建设相结合，以水土保持为基础发展生态旅游产业，振兴地方经济。同时，以生态旅游为经济支撑，开展广泛的水土保持工作，从而达到发展经济和保护环境，实现区域经济持续发展的目标。

Abstract

As eco-tourism sight spot and fragile ecologic area as well

it is necessary to integrate soil and water conservation ecological tourism development

which is an important strategy for developing the local economy in Shan-Zhen-Zha region. Base on the analysis of relationship of soil/water conservation and eco-tourism development

the author suggest that

it is first step to protect soil and water resources in order to develop eco-tourism resourees and therefore to develop local socio-economies; and to support the conservation by ineome of eco-tourism development

and win the objectives of vigorously developing local economics

protecting environment

and sustainable developing of regional socio-economies.
